Shipping Policy

  1. All shipments are covered by insurance to protect against damage during transit. Should your order arrive damaged, we offer two options: issuing credit for the product or providing a replacement product free of charge.
  2. If any visual damage is evident upon receiving the shipment, it is crucial to note the damage on the freight bill or receiving ticket. Ensure that the driver acknowledges and signs for the noted damage.
  3. In cases where damage becomes apparent only upon opening the carton, retain all packing materials and the original carton. There may be a request to re-pack the item for return to our warehouse.
  4. Regardless of the situation, please inform within five business days of the damaged shipment. Send notifications to and include photos of the damaged container.

Returns Policy:

  1. For returns due to reasons other than damage, contact within five business days.
  2. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 25% for returned items.
  3. Returned items must be in their original cartons and in new condition.
  4. It’s important to note that custom items and special orders are non-returnable.
